| Baijie |
A melodic tenor by day and a shrewd deejay by night, Baijie, born Dave St. Albourn Williams, is able to walk the border between the two, juggling wicked rhymes and soulful reggae melodies over solid Jamaican beats. “That’s Life” is Baijie’s first single from his forthcoming album, Equilibrium, scheduled for release this year on the TruckBack label. Music is not a way out for Baijie, rather, a tool used to connect with people. “When you come from garrison, the people want you to represent them. I appreciate that, but most artists don’t even realize it,” says Baijie.

| Crimson Heart Replica |
Raised on an island where Reggae & Dancehall rules the airwaves, Kat.Wil.,
the voice and face of Crimson Heart Replica has overcome many obstacles
to become the artist she is today. And yet, she has always been mindful
of what it takes to make it and what it means to be an artist.
Today, it is rock culture intertwined with sacrifice and passion that drives Crimson Heart Replica’s music. She is Jamaican but her sultry, haunting voice intermixed with acoustic soul, reggae and heavy alternative rock beats gives birth to a sound that
exists far from the city lights of Kingston.
